Andre Schechter
Founder and responsible broker of STS Realty Group, he holds a BSc in Economics and MBA in Hotel Management. Working with real estate since 1987, he launched and ran the first assisted living hotel in Brazil and participated in various real estate developments and acquisitions until he moved to Naples, Florida in 2003.
Bryan Tipple
Originally from Dayton Ohio, Bryan Graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio in 1991 with a BAC. He soon after found a passion for Real Estate and relocated to Charlestown South Carolina where he worked in general sales for Caldwell Banker. Bryan moved to Naples 9 years ago to continue his real estate career in Southwest Florida. After serving Stock Development and the Realty Group of Southwest Florida, he help found STS Realty Group and Manages the Sales and Rental divisions for the Company.
Tom Huggins
Originally Tom Huggins graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Marketing and Accounting. He first started his real estate career with UDC homes in Myrtle Beach, SC and moved to Naples, FL in 1993 to work with commercial real estate at Hoveland Realty. Tom has an extensive experience in real estate asset recovery, assessment, management and marketing of REO properties. For the last 15 years, he has continued to be active in the local real estate market and has worked with other well known real estate companies. Tom teamed up with Bryan Tipple at STS realty to head their REO and foreclosure managing department, taking advantage of his in depth knowledge of the market and his expertise in BPOS, Market Analysis and sales.

Allyn Blair
After earning an MS Degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C., Allyn worked for Xerox Corporation as a systems engineer and program manager for over 25 years in various locations including Maryland, Virginia, New York, and Europe. Allyn moved to Naples, Florida, 13 years ago from Canandaigua, New York, upon retirement from Xerox. In Naples, Allyn earned a Real Estate License and a Mortgage Broker License. After working in real estate for 7 years, Allyn joined STS Realty Group. His focus is on Residential and Commercial sales.
Ronald Surliuga
Civil Engineer, with extensive international experience in building and developing, he first came to Southwest Florida in 2005 to assist foreign investors seeking real estate opportunities in the area. Ronald joined STS as a Market Analyst in 2009. He holds two MBA’s, several specialization courses plus Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses.
Nadja Lieberwirth
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Nadja attended the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and University of South Florida where she graduated in Anthropology. Having lived in New Hampshire, New Jersey, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, she moved to SW Florida 20 years ago. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French to the benefit of her clients, Nadja holds both Real Estate and Mortgage Broker’s licenses. She is also a very active member of the community by participating in many local groups, among them, ABWA (American Business Women Association). Her favorite hobbies include auto racing (member of Sports Car Club of America), watercolor, traveling, bird watching and golf.
